JAPAN VLOG 10 // BEST Souvenir Shopping Spot in Tokyo & Visiting the ELLE CAFE!

It’s the last daily vlog from my Japan trip 😢

Thank you to everyone who have come along on this journey with me, and I will definitely go back to Japan in the near future! It’s easily my favourite place, so I will 100% return again and again and again. Plus, stay tuned - the next video will be a Japan haul and a GIVEAWAY full of my favourite Japanese beauty products!

But for now, in this Japan vlog we visited the gorgeous Elle Cafe in Shibuya (since WHEN have magazines had their own cafes?!), and spent the afternoon in Asakusa going souvenir shopping in Nakamise and getting our fortunes told at Senso-ji Temple. Hope you guys enjoy this vlog!

JAPAN VLOG 9 // HEDGEHOG CAFE & Seeing MT FUJI At The Shibazakura Flower Festival!

Um, so cat cafes are SOOOO yesterday…

Jokes, but in all seriousness, I went to an actual HEDGEHOG CAFE in Roppongi Tokyo where you literally get to play with and feed hedgehogs! They are so cute and cheeky, and it’s one of the most unique experiences you can get in Japan.

In this daily life vlog I also saw Mt Fuji! We travelled about two hours out of Tokyo on rural trains to the Shibazakura Flower Festival and while the festival itself was a bit of a bust (our fault for going on the LAST day!) seeing Mt Fuji more than made up for it. Hope you guys enjoy this vlog!

JAPAN VLOG 8 // REAL LIFE MARIO KART IN TOKYO & GIANT Cotton Candy in Harajuku!

GUYS, I WENT MARIO KARTING IN TOKYO. ACTUAL. MARIO. KARTING.

First up in today’s vlog, we headed to Harajuku to explore the famous Takeshita Street (you know, the one famous for the adorably costumed Harajuku girls!) and visit Totti Candy Factory to try one of their super famous (and SO Insta-worthy) giant rainbow cotton candy. We call it Fairy Floss in Australia hehe 😇

Then we met up with my friend Yuma to go MARIO KARTING. This is an actual thing you can do in Tokyo - Maricar run tours around Tokyo where you dress up as a Mario character and you LITERALLY go go-karting around the city. There are no helmets and no seat belts (so in other words, it’s bloody terrifying), but it is SO. MUCH. FUN. Just keep in mind that you’ll need an international driver’s licence to do it!

Hope you guys enjoy this travel vlog, it was one of my favourite days from the trip! If you’re still reading this, let me know in the comments below which Mario character you’d dress up as!

Watch the craziness below!

JAPAN VLOG 7 // First Time at LUSH SPA & Visiting a Japanese Supermarket!

UM, POSSIBLY THE COOLEST SPA IN JAPAN.

So we don’t have Lush Spas in Australia, but they are definitely a must visit if you go to Tokyo and are a Lush fan! In today’s Japan vlog, we went to the one in Daikanyama to treat ourselves to the Tailor Made package, which includes a 30 minute deep tissue massage and a special rum (YES, rum lol) infused tea and cookie afterwards. #bliss

Jess and I then visited a Japanese supermarket and while there were a few differences between Japan and Australia… once you’ve been to one supermarket, you’ve been to them all (except their ready meals are ON POINT).

We then headed back to Shibuya to do some shopping at Its’ Demo (where I bought POKEMON MAKEUP - whatttt) and Bershka, and take Purikura photobooth stickers!
